Staff made me feel like I was ten years old. Frame selection is hideous and ridiculously priced! Was moved eight different times to different rooms and was quite annoyed.

Your selection for frames is appalling! I had to go to TSO to order frames that wee both affordable and nice. Who wants glasses from Tiffany’s? It made me feel horrible I should not have to pay $500 for frames?!?!? I went to TSO the next day and orders frames for $200 that were still “designer” but nice looking and affordable! I will go there next time.

Interesting comments here and our team really takes all comments seriously, that includes all the positive ones and this negative one. We hope that this patient was just having a bad day, maybe we were having a bad day. In truth, we had a piece of instrumentation go down and moved patients from room to room, in an attempt to stay efficient. We can only do our best, interesting that the previous patient seen at about the same time that day, had nothing but stellar comments for us, but we’re not all perfect, maybe this isn’t a good fit…
As for our frame styles and selection, we have a Designer Optical Gallery that consists of exclusive frame lines like Gold & Wood, Tom Davies, Tiffany & Co., David Yurman, among others. We always provide a prescription for our patients that have taste otherwise, as we understand that luxury eyewear isn’t for everyone, although it looks great on most :). We are so pleased that this patient was able to find a style and price range that accommodated his/her needs.
I’m not quite sure where the feelings of being treated like a 10 year old came from…we’re going to discuss this with our team but “Too Snooty”, last I checked we each put our pants on one leg at a time like everyone else….
